原発の存在自体が最大の安全保障問題であり、テロが頻発する世界の情勢はその存在を許さなくなりつつあります。
22日発生したベルギー連続テロを受けてTihange原子力発電所から必要最小限以外の作業員の撤退が行われました。
東京五輪の返上は論をまたないものとなりました。
一日も早い決定が待たれます。

Dear Friends,
This messsage is of crucial importance.
The radioactive contamination in Japan is expanding.
The attached map is based on an offical document recently revealed,showing the situation
at the end of 2012.It had already reached some areas in Tokyo. It is just shocking.
I am sending you an article covering 4 pages published in the Spanish paper El Mundo with its English translation.
Mothers dreading radioactive damage being suffered by their children are agonizing,unable to
leave their living places due to their husbands’opposition.
Japan is at a loss what to do to cope with the ongoing crisis.
Nonetheless,the international cooperation
absolutely needed is not being concretized.
The preparations for the Tokyo Olympic Games go on as if Fukushima Accident had not happened.
The undeniable contamination of the Pacific Ocean alone tells us the world faces a crisis of
the global environment.
The international community could not remain indifferent much longer.
